Breeding

We breed and raise horses for our own use and for sale.

Raymond's passion is the preservation of the Irish Draught Horse, the foundation breed for the famous Irish Hunter. We love the Irish Draught Horse for its qualities: courage, common sense, excellent health, bold jump, strong bone and most important of all fantastic temperament. Crossed with a thoroughbred horse it will produce a superb sport horse (Irish Sport Horse). For more information: Irish Draught Horse Society website www.irishdraught.ie and www.irishhorseboard.com

Always good for a surprise. Stella foaled twice in 2006: our first ever twins. "Salt And "Pepper " by Matchmaker Lad (CP) are doing exceptionally well and are really twice the fun. There is only a 1 in 10 000 chance to get twins alive and thriving like this. Our plan is to keep these two rascals and drive them as a pair. taking a break from breeding in 2008.
